Mirror work has long been Louise Hay’s signature method for cultivating a deeper relationship with yourself and others. Louise tells us, “A mirror reflects back to you the feelings you have about yourself.”
For most, looking into the mirror and facing ourselves is difficult at first. But as you continue, mirror “work” turns into mirror “play” and becomes one of your most effective ways to increase your self-worth, practice self-love, and transform challenges.
In this class, we will explore using your mirror: self-talk, forgiveness, letting go of fear, and releasing negative thought patterns.
Prerequisite: This virtual workshop is open to anyone who has previously taken the first course (Love Yourself and Transform Your Life) in any format or is very familiar with Louise Hay’s book, You Can Heal Your Life.
