Why is Wellness Important?
Stress can affect our health and overall well-being at home or work. The work day no longer ends when you leave the office, especially if your office is in your own home. So, more than ever, it is important to take time for yourself and, more importantly, learn how to incorporate wellness activities into your day-to-day life.
Workshops and support groups help participants understand and better manage day-to-day emotional challenges.
