Incorporating Wellness into your life helps you manage everyday life’s growing stress. The work day no longer ends when you leave the office, especially if your office is in your own home. So, more than ever, it is important to take time for yourself and, more importantly, learn how to incorporate wellness activities into your day-to-day life.

Airmid’s Wellness Workshops include Self Care, Love Yourself, Food & Healing, and Kids, Teens, Parents & Educators and can run from one class to span multiple weeks. Costs vary and aren’t covered by a class pass.
