Free VEMA Yoga Class for VETS and FIRST RESPONDERS
Meghan’s Foundation and Airmid Wellness are offering this free, trauma-sensitive VEMA class to support veterans and active-duty military who may be experiencing symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Spouses or partners and first responders are invited as well.
VEMA YOGA (Veteran’s Meditation And Yoga) is mindful, trauma-sensitive yoga and meditation, created by Meghan’s Foundation, designed specifically for military Veterans and Active Duty Service Members coping with symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). These unique classes are free and appropriate for all ages and levels of physical ability and experience.

Classes are held Mondays at 9:30am at Airmid Wellness and Counseling Center, in the Hartsville Professional Village, 1260 Old York Road, Warminster. The Yoga Instructor is Kimberly Robinson.
