What is Sex Coaching?

Coaching through action-based activities to promote your sexual wellbeing and erotic health. It involves sexual education, discussion around environmental factors, training in tools or adaptations, and more. With sex coaching, you can learn problem-solving techniques, build skills in communication, learn accurate information regarding sexual health, and address your erotic health. It is important to note that this is not in replacement of Sex Therapy, which is provided by a mental health professional. This service is more short-term and looks at the present, rather than long-term treatment with psychological assessment from the past.

“The erotic is a receptacle for our hopes, fears, expectations, and struggles. It’s about the quality of the experience, not frequency and performance.”  – Esther Perel, PhD

We often hold tension and trauma in the pelvic floor, this tension can create symptoms down the line that catch our attention.
