All Ages & Abilities are Welcome
We’re a wholistic wellness center, not a large gym or fitness center. Our classes are small and intimate with experienced and compassionate instructors who provide personal attention for all ages and all experience levels. We especially welcome beginners and intermediates or those who prefer a healing and supportive environment to learn yoga or continue their yoga practice. If you are new to yoga, we recommend any of our Intro to Learn, Beginner, Gentle or Restorative Yoga Classes. These classes are a great place to start.

Intro to Learn Yoga
Just for Beginners
If you have never tried yoga or if the thought of yoga has seemed intimidating in the past, or even if you would just like a very simple and basic yoga class; this is for you. We invite you to our welcoming and supportive space, into a class that is designed to meet the needs of those who are new to yoga as well as those seeking a better understanding of a typical yoga practice of basic breathing exercises and simple yoga poses. Come learn and experience yoga in our non-judgmental environment. Repeat this class as often as you wish.
Wake-Up Flow Yoga
Greet the day by gently warming your body and focusing your mind. This class will guide you through practical poses that will gradually warm up muscles and awaken the mind. Great for beginners and all levels. You will leave this class with a centered mind and more energy to start your day.
A slower-paced class for all levels. Recharge and start the day with more energy and focus. Begins with centering and chanting which warms up the body; followed by a short, quiet meditation to steady the mind and focus our attention on being present. Recharge and bring focus and energy to your mind and body.
Kids Fun Yoga
De-stress and feel balanced in mind and body.
Learn and practice yoga with our compassionate and caring yoga teachers.
Classes are gentle, restorative, and mindful.
Very Gentle Therapeutic Yoga
This class is for you if you’re new to yoga or for anyone who is simply in the mood for a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Additional benefits include quieting the mind and helping to reduce stress.

SLOW FLOW YOGA FOR BEGINNERS & INTERMEDIATE. Class is held outside at Warminster Community Park (next to the park office). Every Saturday June 4th to August 27th 9:30-10:30am. Registration helpful, but not required. Suggested donation $10 at the time of class. Classes are led by alternating Airmid Instructors. In case of rain class will be held indoors at Airmid’s Studio at 1260 Old York Road, Warminster.
Neurogenic Yoga is a method of TRE (tension/trauma release exercises) that combines yoga postures and breathing exercises to facilitate the lengthening and relaxation of the psoas muscle. Using very gentle movements we will activate the natural neurogenic tremors to help aid in the release of any stress (physical or emotional) or tension that is being held in your body. These self-induced tremors usually begin in the legs and with practice, may travel throughout the body allowing you to feel more calm, grounded and better able to have a peaceful night of rest.

Yoga has many health benefits, including reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, improving memory loss, imbalance, improving sleep, increasing flexibility, reducing symptoms of menopause, losing weight, lowering blood pressure, reducing the pain of arthritis and back pain, building lean muscle and strength of bones.
Yoga practices include posture and other body movements, breathing, cleansing the body-mind, visualizations and many forms of meditation. At it’s most practical level yoga is a process of becoming more aware of who we are.
Yoga techniques facilitate balance and health and unfold our dormant potential. Yoga allows us to be more aware of ourselves and feel connected. As such, yoga is a process of self-discovery and a pathway to overall wellness.
