Welcome to the Airmid Community! We invite you to come in and try our space in this free new student class. Each month we will offer different classes and teachers from our schedule to help you get a feel for our vibe: mind and body wellness.

These classes won’t be challenging, so if you are new to yoga, this class is for you!

Can’t touch your toe’s? Ok. Let’s work on that…see you on the mat.

Carol’s classes range from gentle flow, beginner to intermediate levels, with modifications and challenges for all to explore. Swimming, reading, long walks in nature, and getting in touch with her spirituality are outside interests that Carol enjoys. At Airmid, Carol teaches Vinyasa Flow yoga in our studio.

Yoga with a Twist

In this class, we will start with centering and grounding, followed by some very gentle movements to get the body warm. Yoga poses and stretches will be incorporated to help lengthen the psoas muscles and stretch the adductor muscles. Deep breathing and gentle leg movements on the floor will help activate neurogenic vibrations that will help to release tension and stress from the body. No prior experience is needed.
