Class Schedule and Register

Our Class Schedule is designed for whole-body wellness.


 

Strengthening the mind is just as important as strengthening the body, so here at Airmid, we have designed classes that feed the mind, body, and spirit through Mindful Movement, featuring Yoga, and Stress Reduction, featuring Meditation and Mindfulness

Pair our Classes with our Wellness Services, including Acupuncture, Massage, Reiki, and Coaching. Or, bring it to your workplace and help Cultivate a Culture of Wellness

Class Schedule

For an Apple Device:

  1. For an Apple phone, go to App Store on your phone
  2. Search for “Mindbody”
  3. Choose the Mindbody: Fitness App
  4. Download it onto your phone

 

For an Andriod Device:

  1. For an Android, go to the Google Play Store
  2. Search for “Mindbody”
  3. Choose the Mindbody: Fitness App
  4. Click Install

 

Once the app is installed:

  1. Search Airmid Wellness
  2. Click the to add us to your favorites

 

  1. Click the 🔎 Search icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
  2. At the top of the next page, next to the  🔎  icon, then type Airmid Wellness.
  3. At the top of the next page, make sure the toggle button, beneath the search bar, is set to classes.
  4. Select Airmid Wellness from the list.
  5. Click the heart next to Airmid Wellness to save the class as a favorite
  6. Click the orange button at the bottom of the page that says View Schedule
  7. Once you find the class you want to Sign Up for, click Book
  8. If you have passes available, it will book the class automatically. If you need to buy a class, you can select from our affordable plans and select what best fits your needs.
  9. If you are signing up for a virtual class, you will receive an email confirming your booking with a Zoom meeting link.
