Our classes are designed for whole-body wellness. Strengthening the mind is just as important as strengthening the body, so here at Airmid, we have designed classes that feed the mind, body, and spirit through Mindful Movement, Yoga, Stress Reduction, Meditation, and Mindfulness.
Wellness Workshops help improve participants’ mental, emotional, and physical well-being by teaching valuable skills for a healthy life. Our approachable, informed instructors will guide you toward a better path of well-being through Food & Healing, Self Care Tools & Tips, Love Yourself and for Kids, Teens, Family, and Educators workshops.
