Sandy is a long time practitioner of Yoga. She is honored and grateful to have studied in a variety of traditions with many Master level teachers.
She has completed three yoga teacher trainings:
- 500 hour training with Parvati Nandanath Saraswati, (Kirin Mishra),
- 200 hour Alignment Focused training with Naime and Sue Jezzeny,
- 100 hour training with Yoga Ed. (A program designed to bring yoga into schools).
In addition to teaching Yoga, Sandy has a Bachelors degree in Fine Art, a Masters degree in Counseling, and is currently working as an independent Therapist and Coach, combining all of her education and skills to create a unique, safe and healing, mind / body experience.

This is an all level yoga class adapted to the experience of the students present, including the basic sun salute series and poses that help to strengthen, lengthen, and energize you for the weekend.
(Recommended for those ready to explore and breakout of repetitive type movements. Some partner movements may be introduced as well as offering an opportunity to explore communication with others in a non-verbal way.)
