MA, ATR
Anne Johnson has over 30 years of experience in the Mental Health field, working with children, teenagers, adults, and seniors. She has trained with Expressive Therapies, and her primary focus is Art Therapy. Art Therapy improves cognition and sensorimotor functions, fosters self-esteem and self-awareness, cultivates emotional resiliency, promotes insight, enhances social skills, and reduces conflicts and distress.
Anne Johnson also has experience in other treatment approaches when Art Therapy is not a choice for them. Her sessions are a Safe Place to talk to get unstuck in order to move forward in life.
